How do I play?

Hold your phone sideways. Your left thumb moves Noodle and aims in 8 directions (push up to shoot up, push down to lie flat and dodge). Your right thumb presses JUMP, FIRE and DASH. Hold down and tap JUMP to drop through a platform. Keyboard: arrows/WASD, Space to jump, J to fire, L to dash, Esc to pause. Game controllers work too.

How do I get 3 stars?

⭐ Clear the mission. ⭐ Finish without losing a life. ⭐ Free every friend from their cage. You can earn the stars on different runs — they add up.

It's too hard!

Open ⚙️ Settings and pick Easy (more hearts, more lives, slower goo shots). Turn on Auto-fire so Noodle shoots by himself. Coins you collect upgrade weapons in the Armory. If you run out of lives you can continue from the last checkpoint flag.

How do I get new weapons?

Shoot the flying lunchboxes and the wooden crates — they drop weapon badges: F Fan Shot, Z Zapper, C Chili Thrower, S Bee Seekers, R Boomerang. T makes you fire faster, the shield badge protects you for 10 seconds and the heart gives you an extra heart.

What is Retro mode?

Beat the first boss (the Gate Fortress) to unlock it, then switch it on in Settings for a pixel + CRT arcade look.

The music or sound is off

Open ⚙️ Settings and switch Sound effects and Music on. On iPhone, sound plays even with the silent switch on.
